Cancellation

To cancel the booking, please notify the Bookings Coordinator in writing or by email of the intention to cancel the booking.

Cancellation notice received less than three weeks prior to the start date of the course or event, will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of the booking.

Cancellation notice received less than one week prior to the start date of the course or event will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total cost of the booking.

Payment

Full payment is required two weeks in advance of the course start date. If payment is not made in full by this date, Inspire reserves the right to offer the place to another. In some circumstances, instalments can be arranged - please discuss at the time of booking.

Your place is confirmed upon receipt of payment, if a place is available.

In the event of your choice being fully booked, or a course cancellation, we will contact you give you the opportunity to make another choice or to have your cheque returned.
